一家人出來旅遊，帶了長者和孩子，大家都很滿意，環境優美，房間整潔。張鵬宇經理很細心，告知温度變化，提前打電話問入住要求，服務周到。還送了孩子入住小禮物，孩子很開心。另外表揚餐廳的經理和服務人員，耐心周到，有求必應。食物也很豐富。預約了ktv，服務人員也很不錯。就是五一開的設施太少了，房費裏還有水世界和温泉都沒開，有點遺憾。

開業時間比較長，床墊之類的硬設施相對比較老舊，其他的不管是衞生還是服務都很好，有一些配套的權益，適合親子出行，推薦。

酒店設施齊全，位置很好，離遊玩項目很近。前台接待單的薛玉爽很熱情，看到小朋友主動贈送了小禮品，並給介紹酒店和附近的遊玩項目。房間很整潔，環境安靜，視野很好，第一天入住還贈送了水果，酒店早餐和晚餐很豐富、可口，值得推薦！

特別感謝一下，前台經理張鵬宇，到的那天孩子有點不舒服，立刻就幫我們安排了房間入住，並且送了熱牛奶和小點心，工作人員服務熱情，房間打掃很徹底，度假區內遊玩項目挺不錯，期待冬季去滑雪

酒店總體來説還是很不錯的，比預期的好。前台服務人員張鵬宇態度很好，送了我薇諾娜小樣套盒，還送了我山頂戴的小帽子。在山頂多虧了這個小帽帽了。酒店早餐豐盛，浴室熱水很熱乎，還有免費的萬達電影可以看一次很好。贊！
