一家人出來旅遊，帶了長者和孩子，大家都很滿意，環境優美，房間整潔。張鵬宇經理很細心，告知温度變化，提前打電話問入住要求，服務周到。還送了孩子入住小禮物，孩子很開心。另外表揚餐廳的經理和服務人員，耐心周到，有求必應。食物也很豐富。預約了ktv，服務人員也很不錯。就是五一開的設施太少了，房費裏還有水世界和温泉都沒開，有點遺憾。
