住宿就在西坡邊上，門口兩家餐廳和一個小賣部，吃住都很方便。
住宿環境也很棒，房間內部很大很乾凈
前台可以訂天池票，也可以隨時查詢天池出行狀態，工作人員非常熱情，還幫忙聯繫訂車，無論是去西坡還是回城裡都可以幫忙叫車

酒店房間比較老舊了，房間衞生也一般。不過我們衹是為了第二天去長白山中轉休息住一晚，所以也無所謂環境如何。工作人員態度都挺好的，東北人的熱情隨處可見😊去長白山西坡還能幫忙訂票，挺好的。

衞生做的還可以，就是洗澡得自己控制熱水器。一個不小心就容易用完，然後再等1小時……前台老闆還是很大氣的，給了房型升級。

酒店在白溪鎮，過節期間偶然注意到可以從這邊上長白山西坡臨時入住，酒店超出預期，雖然裝修設施相對較老，但房間乾淨整潔，酒店工作人員熱情周到，房間也很温暖，後續有東西落在酒店還麻煩服務員郵寄到外地，這次由於天氣原因沒上到天池，下次來玩是第一選擇

白溪酒店是非常性價比非常高的酒店，十一期間價格還非常優惠，另外還把顧客領着直接在酒店門口上景區車，不用到遊客換乘中心，太方便和節省時間了，非常推薦
