超級棒的入住體驗，感受到酒店一流的團隊和歡樂的度假氣氛，每一位員工都非常熱情和友好，會給客人提供各種幫助以及貼心的做特別的菜，完全感受到了賓至如歸。感謝一起吃飯的Tupac，解工，Fred和滑雪教練們，特別感謝EDNA，Linda，村長女神，滑雪教練谷宇。Clubmed真心不錯👍，下次還來。

揣着對Club Med良好服務的夢想早早趕到酒店（沒有預期的入住前主動溝通），入住時前台給安排了完全不同於平台展示的不規則異形房間，從頭到尾沒有衹字表達歉意，也拒絕提供任何換房方案，就是一副愛住不住的傲慢嘴臉。不知道那麼多表揚熱情服務的評論是怎麼來的，幾天下來遇到的所有員工裏能稱得上熱情主動的衹有大堂電梯區域打掃衞生的大叔，看到我們拖着大行李箱主動上前幫着刷門禁卡，非常感謝他，其他都乏善可陳。對這個品牌完全失去信任。

帶孩子入住，床超級大隨便怎麼滾也不用擔心翻下去。
每天的自助餐都會翻新花樣，即使入住好幾天也還會有想吃的東西
白天雪地、酒店娛樂區玩盡興了晚上去泡個温泉，這個日子太享受了！
臨走孩子們都不願意回家還要繼續住在這裏！

3月的長白山還是很適合來的，還能看到最後一場大雪，滑雪的人也很少，雪場暢滑，教練好比一對一教學。來華美一定要住clubmed一價全包真的很適合帶小朋友的寶媽，對於3月的華美來説已經沒有什麼吃飯的店開着了，clubmed的餐食每天都在翻花樣，飲料酒類都暢飲，晚上可以泡温泉看錶演蹦迪唱歌棋牌樣樣有，根本來不及玩。我的G.O.ENDA像朋友一樣很我們聊天跳舞，離開的時候有點不捨，希望有機會還能遇到。

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員熱情周到。Tiantian小姐姐全程給我們安排得妥妥當當。
小孩腸胃炎沒吃東西，餐廳工作人員知道後馬上給打包了白粥，還讓廚房午餐時特意準備白粥，還有一位超帥氣的護士哥哥主動過來房間看小朋友的情況。連餐廳的一位服務員大姐也知道了小孩的情況，每次去吃飯都用心的幫忙打了熱水。酒店上下各位工作人員的用心對待，讓我獨自帶娃出行即使生病了也沒有慌亂，這是一間真心對待客人的酒店！

clubmed屬於是華美勝地去雪場第一第二方便的酒店了，有很頻繁班次的班車去自己的雪具大廳，雪票在房費內，但是雪具包括頭盔、雪板、雪鞋都另外收費的，這點去之前就知道，並不存在欺騙行為。對於滑雪小白來説，clubmed自己有滑雪大廳，並且按房間號寄存租借的雪具非常方便後面幾天的使用，這點wild world不行，都是當天租借當天歸還，他們的價格便宜一半，這就看自己度假這幾天需要的是啥了。包一日三餐，口味還有品種就還行的水平，主要還是方便，到點了也不用想去哪家吃，吃完可以去休息或者繼續滑雪，唯一要説的是收盤子過於頻繁了，可以在桌子上放個緩沖牌，客人需要收餐盤，自己把牌子立起來，阿姨叔叔們再過來拿，不然一頓飯吃得好累。總體感覺還是很不錯的。
