揣着對Club Med良好服務的夢想早早趕到酒店（沒有預期的入住前主動溝通），入住時前台給安排了完全不同於平台展示的不規則異形房間，從頭到尾沒有衹字表達歉意，也拒絕提供任何換房方案，就是一副愛住不住的傲慢嘴臉。不知道那麼多表揚熱情服務的評論是怎麼來的，幾天下來遇到的所有員工裏能稱得上熱情主動的衹有大堂電梯區域打掃衞生的大叔，看到我們拖着大行李箱主動上前幫着刷門禁卡，非常感謝他，其他都乏善可陳。對這個品牌完全失去信任。
