房間寬大，服務人員細緻温馨，環境不錯，早餐也不錯，玉米麪麪條好吃。設施齊全。建議房間衞生好好打掃，床頭和桌面都有一層漂浮物。迎着光線，全部是灰塵。建議每次打掃吸塵器吸乾淨

這家星程酒店非常棒！歐式風格的酒店，房間寬大整潔，就在長白山西景區遊客中心附近，步行幾分鐘就到了，旁邊還有歐亞商城和很多餐館。酒店前台服務員很好，幫忙預訂上長白山天池的套票，並預告上山的天氣情況，以便遊客安排時間。酒店的早餐也很不錯，比較豐富，二百多的房價含早餐，物美價廉（這是五一前，四月二十日的房價，旅遊高峯期可能會貴一些），值得稱讚。
