The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. They rent it on the same day and return it on the same day. Their price is half the price. It just depends on what you need during your vacation. Three meals a day are included, and the taste and variety are pretty good. The main thing is convenience. You don’t have to go to where to eat when it’s time. You can rest or continue skiing after eating. The only thing I have to say is that the dishes are collected too frequently. , you can put a buffer sign on the table. It feels good to soak in the hot spring in the snow (but this hot spring is not natural) Facilities: The bath water is relatively small, and the hottest setting is not very hot; the toilet does not have electric heating, which is quite old for a hotel of this level, and there was some odor in the toilet when I checked in. I had to wake up the next day. The room was a bit smelly. I really recommend that the hotel upgrade the toilet so that guests can have a better stay experience. The breakfast options are quite rich, and many snacks and staple foods are sugar-free, which is very satisfying.

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.
