非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，4.7的評分是虛假的，酒店沒有停車場沒有前台，在一家餐廳樓上，空調是被淘汰的那種，掛機需要自己手動拿到窗户外面後才能製冷，掛機拿到窗户外面後出水管卡住窗户導致窗户關不上，如果要開空調就必須開着窗户，空調主機噪音巨大。洗手間很小，水杯沒有清洗乾淨，淋浴房狹窄無法洗澡…一千多的酒店衹是一個糟糕的家庭旅館，各種坑，建議攜程下架該酒店。

Great hotel, staff polite and delivering service beyond expectations, nicely located, walking distance from main attractions in town and at a very short drive from castles.

Questo hotel è in centro città ottimo per passeggiare nella zona pedonale fino al castello. Da qui si possono visitare i due più famosi castelli della zona. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio e di un ristorante ottimo. La stanza è accogliente e ben arredata, il bagno invece è piccolo e stretto senza finestra. Alla reception siamo stati accolti da una gentilissima signora in costume tradizionale.

Charming hotel in great location with easy parking and ready access to the center of Fussen. Large room. Ours had gorgeous views of the Alps and Fussen castle. Only minutes from Ludvig's castles

We loved this hotel! We stayed in the new building and loved the size of our room. The furnishings were modern and well appointed. Loved the heated floors and towel warmer in the bathroom. Great location, very convenient to castles in the area. Parking could be an issue in the busy season but we didn’t have any problems since it was the shoulder season.

Ich hatte gemeinsam mit Freunden einen sehr angenehmen Kurz-Aufenthalt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Team sehr freundlich und engagiert. Zimmer und Bad sehr angenehmen, einzig das Nichtvorhandensein von Gardine oder Rollo zusätzlich zum Verdunkelungsvorhang war ein (kleiner!) Wermutstropfen. Bedingt durch die ebenerdige Lage wäre sie wünschenswert gewesen.
