Stay included a full breakfast buffet which was very good with lots of variety (even bacon and eggs for American tourists). Also, a very good onsite restaurant for evening meals which was nice after long days of touring/walking. Hotel seemed very full so restaurant was very busy but even still, never had to wait for a table. Hotel is nicely situated on lake but do need to drive if you want to eat somewhere other than the onsite restaurant/bar."

"This hotel is in a beautiful little resort a few kilometres from Fussen and the castles. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and although busy in the daytime, quiet at night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had one of the biggest baths I've ever used. We paid extra for a lake view. We could see the lake but only from a side view. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Which did very nice food. The restaurant staff are also the ones who check you in. They are friendly and helpful. My only criticism was we were not told we were going to be charged to park in the garage. It was difficult to park it has about 8 tiny spaces, we didn't bump our car, but I expect many do trying to park here. If we had been told we were paying to use this garage, even though it was only a few euros, we would of chosen to park elsewhere in town. I would recommend this lovely hotel though, good value, in a beautiful location next to the lake. "

"This is a restaurant and hotel all in one. The restaurant on the first floor, and the guest rooms upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don’t know if the parking spaces across the road belong to it), and it should be first come, first served. There is a pretty good supermarket about 100 meters away. It is very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, only three or four kilometers away. The location is still very good. There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If I remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and there was no need for air conditioning."

"Firstly, the positive: the location of the house and the view from the individual apartments is very good and makes a lot of pleasure. Unfortunately, our experience was not in line with the expectations. The apartment shown on the website does not exist so (more) – the pictures were obsolete and provided a wrong impression. In addition, the floor heating in the bedroom did not work properly and did not heat the floor. Despite our notification to the staff, nothing has been done. A absolute no-go was that on our first morning, suddenly two foreign people had entered our accommodation without announcement, and during our absence, to do unannounced works on a garden bar. This is inadmissible without safe to store value items and without prior agreement. The house council (glasses, etc.) is overall quite assembled and could be far better from quality. Also the immediate request (and direct reminder) to deposit the tax directly at arrival, although we stayed for six days, seemed little guest friendly. In addition, the access to the parking places was only superficial after a snowy night and was therefore partly very required and shallow. At a personal level, it is noted that Mr Gohlke is, unfortunately, someone who puts untrue and lieved claims in the world, lets this be included in reviews, does not correct and does not respond to complaints and does not respond to any claims. reported. Rooms have refrigerator, dining press machine (capsules can be purchased on site 2 pins are inside), cups and glasses in the room. Spacener very comfortable one can go out, rest with sea view. Handtuchs on site, bathroom is available for 5 Euro at the reception. Breakfast very good"
