When I went there at 4:30 in the afternoon, there was no one around and I couldn't check in. I had to wait for half an hour and then contacted Ctrip customer service before I could get in. I don't recommend it. There is a curtain to separate the mixed gender. I was shocked when I left and the housekeeper said I didn't want it anymore. If you don't show up and make a reservation, you won't be refunded any other money.

Everything you need is there. Everything is uncomplicated. My daughter (14) liked it a lot. Real space miracle. We had the room with the bunk bed. We would do it again.

Great hostel. Beds in the dorms were very private and felt comfy and safe. Staff was super nice and gave us a lot of recommendations. Had a small place where you could mingle with other visitors but unfortunately the space was limited. Only thing to cook with was a kettle which limited us cooking (and we were travelling on a budget). Really cool old building

The common area was really nice and cozy. You can help yourself to tea and coffee (French press, except in the morning) at any time for reasonable prices. The LOFT room was nice and clean. It was surprisingly pleasant - for our first hostel experience, staying in a room with 6 other strangers. The hostel is located in the middle of the old town in a quiet side street. The bathroom (for the ladies) was really clean, you get a big towel and there is also free soap / shower gel. And very important for the dels among us, a hairdryer! I can only recommend the hostel to you. Marie

Welcome to the 21st century hotel. Everything is automated, there is no one at reception and when there is a problem, no one answers. And my problem is that I didn't receive the email with check-in instructions. Consequently I did not have the code to enter the hotel and then to enter my room. Fortunately a customer let me in and I was able to contact someone. In the hotel there is a WhatsApp number but no one answered me. I tried to call this same number, no one on the line... I had to go through **********'s chat so we could resolve the problem. It was 6:30 p.m., I can't even imagine the complications if I had arrived later

I had a really distressing experience staying in a mixed dorm with a man early morning. There are no staff on the premises, apart from 8am -10am. No emergency alarm. Helpline puts you on hold. Owner wasn't helpful and was accusing of me, didn't feel heard or cared for. First and last time staying there and in a mixed dormitory. Not safe for women.
