The hotel is very clean and close to the train station. They gave us free bus tickets to Neuschwanstein Castle, which was great. Shampoo👍

Great hotel, modern facilities, very good breakfast, friendly staff. If you are coming by car, you have to check in first and ask about parking in the underground car park as there can sometimes be a shortage of spaces. Also, the hotel is on the opposite side to where it says on Google Maps.
All in all a very pleasant stay, would happily stay here again.

No problems at all! It was a nice place to stay, and the staff were kind. I stayed here without meals, but it was a waste to stay there for such a short time. I arrived in the morning, but they were able to store my luggage for me until check-in.
One thing that made me panic was when we were asked to pay. I had paid by card in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional 3 euros per person, which may have been a problem with the website's reservation system. I speak almost no English or German, so it took me a while to understand why this was the case, but it turned out to be because the taxes were different.
I may not have read the details of the reservation carefully, but I wish it had been written on the website at the time of booking.
