下雨入住，房間漏水，從房樑到衞生間牆壁都有流水。用酒店浴巾墊在漏水處，退房時要扣我浴巾錢，説浴巾報廢了，我説明原因後，告知我沒有第一時間告訴酒店房間漏水，酒店不知道漏水，顧客擅自用酒店浴巾墊在漏水處，要顧客自己買單。前台還稱“你們要是把這浴巾洗出來，我們就給你退錢！”態度十分惡劣！
雖然最後和酒店經濟交涉後，將浴巾錢退給我了，但是還是要説一下，大雙子星漏水！
還有，退房不是當時檢查房間，是大概過半小時左右在微信裏告訴你浴巾要扣錢。
