一家有温度的酒店，非旺季來的，很安靜。可可託海NO.1。酒店的飯菜也很好，還有一些紅酒可以挑選，很難得。房間衞生，開闊

假期和朋友帶小朋友一起過來滑雪，非常幸運搶到了最後一間房間，酒店設計簡潔舒適，衞生、潔具和贈送的零食都非常好，房間大概是可可最寬敞的，早餐和點餐也都很不錯，各地口味的菜都可以兼顧。關鍵是老闆把服務做得非常好，有私人管家酒店的感覺，忘記拍酒店照片了，但下次到可可託海的話，這家酒店一定是首選。

設施：酒店設計很棒！設施新，酒店用品很好，這種風格的酒店在新疆沒有住過，酒店老闆一定是追求極致的人。

可可託海滑雪之旅的最佳酒店，我最注重的就是居住環境、衞生和舒適。這次入住可可託海的夢非遺度假酒店讓我非常滿意。管家式服務，當天到酒店有點晚，前台小哥把我們所有行李都送到房間，酒店是新開的，房間裝修高檔，設施完善，衞生間乾濕分離，房間配有大的浴缸，24小時熱水，地暖充足，每天客房衞生打掃都很及時認真，房間用品都很高端。早上打開窗簾就可以看到雪山風景，拍照非常出片，酒店服務人員都非常熱情，對客人的需求迴應非常及時，再説一下酒店的餐飲菜系豐富，可以滿足不同口味人羣，而且都可以客房送餐，推薦各位來可可託海的雪友們前來體驗。

房間整體還可以，美中不足是浴室花灑温度調節不靈敏，衹有燙水和冷水，幾乎不能調節水温。另外早餐品質如果能再提升一下就比較好了，連住8天，發現有時早餐還是三天前的剩菜，對這個價格而言是不太好的體驗。新店不易，理解老闆求好評心切，但服務和品質才是長治之道，祝生意興隆。
