Thanks for making our anniversary more than memorable 💕 Our daughter was worried that Christmas we won't have a Christmas tree and have gifts under it...it's like you had her wish and the tree that you delivered santa brought gifts for them over the night she was over the moon

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. We came to watch a concert. We were still on the train when we got a call from the hotel asking if we had a baby with us and if we needed extra toiletries? Do you need free extra bed service depending on how old your child is? As soon as we arrived in Fuzhou at around 12 o'clock, we were notified that the room was cleaned and the extra bed was ready for check-in at any time! The little guy in the lobby helped us carry our luggage, he was very enthusiastic! We were given breakfast for free, and it was amazing! We didn't go down until nearly ten o'clock, but the variety was still very rich. The rice noodles and noodles tasted better than the laohua we ate on the street! Three of us who stayed at this hotel said they would give it ten stars!

This is second time I stayed at this hotel for a month, Very nice location, and all the staff are friendly especially shugui, restaurant at 8th floor have a great selection, my kid love it, will definitely be back.

The most speechless part is that the hotel puts the deluxe river-view twin rooms on the lowest floors (5th and 6th floors), which means that you pay more than the price of a superior double-bed room but you may not see the so-called river view (completely surrounded by trees) Blocked), the good thing is that after giving feedback on this opinion, the front desk has upgraded it. The swimming pool facilities exceeded my expectations, and the facilities and details are basically in place. There are jacuzzi and sauna rooms, and the details of the hanging space in the bathroom are good. One Small complaint: It’s a bit unprofessional for lifeguards to wear sneakers on duty.

The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.
