上一位客户不願意退房為什麼要找下一位客户溝通是否可以降級床位？學的是什麼服務行業？連基本操作流程都不懂？進了房間裏就好幾衹蚊子在飛，床頭有頭髮，衞生間也有頭髮。窗户也是老舊設的，根本沒法完全關的了。極度不舒適的一次體驗。

離學校和醫院很近，考試的時候去住一晚方便又便宜，房間挺大的，衞生一般，但是價格便宜，推薦自己帶一次性床單被套更衞生。
