很久沒住西酒，這次過來想在市區住，不經意間選擇了西湖大酒店，沒想到非常滿意。
剛到的時候，大門外有服務生幫忙開門和提出行李，還有打傘什麼的，感覺非常好。
前台和樓層服務都很滿意，包括寄存行李那邊，態度都非常和氣。
早餐的品種和口味在最近住過的酒店中也是比較好的。
窗外就是西湖。
以後會再過來。
