酒店免費升了房型，設施不錯，早餐不錯，位置不錯，環境不錯，就是餐廳服務人員差點意思，除了早餐時間，樓下餐廳是對外銷售的，但是員工培訓不到位，新人慌裡慌張，年紀大的員工思路和態度也很一般，店內堂食空閑時客户買麪包在排隊，經理竟然一直在訓話兩個員工，也不讓他們先來協助買單，可想而知服務思路就是有問題的。
