設施：很破舊，空調上鎖了
衞生：馬桶沒水，我按按鈕的時候才發現，打開蓋子，水槽沒水
環境：很吵，晚上不知道哪裡的説話聲還有什麼機器聲，凌晨兩三點吵的要死

There is no reception and address is wrong. The place is dingy and so run down. Definitely won’t stay there again. Quite difficult to communicate with host. The place is messy. Look at the pictures

They don't provide heating which is unacceptable during winter sesdon. The aaddtess was wrong also.
Not recommendable to foreigners.

房間整體不錯，是 LOFT，住下面那層。離南站很近，有換乘或者別的需要的，可以選擇入住。老闆服務態度也不錯。

已兩主次入住，離南站近，步行10分鐘，樓下小飯店多 也有超市，購物方便，房間安靜，帎頭帶了一次性無紡布套，環境衞生一般。但價格確實便宜。

The apartment is just in front of the south railway station, very easy to reach and the host is available and very quick to respond to any request.
The bed linen and the table were very clean, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning, there were hair everywhere and some residuals in the toilet from the previous guests.
The room was not well insulated, the windows leaked despite the tape applied on the window frame, therefore the room was as cold as outside (I think about 15° at night. The host kindly provided an extra blanket but this made the stay less comfortable.
