Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious & comfortable that comes with great views. Plus you have activities on the 4th floor.

Very poor room - there were pillars in the middle of the room. Faucet was leaking, balcony door was jammed, mini bar was empty and the staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. Just the location is good but the hotel is really poor and wanting. Even after we gave the feedback. About the room , they were adamant and not willing to change the room.

Outstanding experience Exceptional people. Everything between check in and check out was exceptional 5 stars. Highly recommended! Worth every penny you will spend on it. I know we will be discussing and missing this trip for a long time. Safe Travel to all who are planning to visit this resort.

Having stayed at Qafqaz Tufandag Hotel during winter solely for skiing, the review is based on our winter experience. Winter Experience: The ideal hotel to stay during winter in Gabala / Tufandag, if Snow or Skiing is what you are looking for. The ski rental shop and the ski lift are attached to the hotel, which makes it very convenient. You can even rent the Ski Mobile from right behind the hotel. Rooms: The room that we had (Deluxe Room) was spacious with a lounge area, balcony and a spacious bathroom. The Room & bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable for a tight sleep after a day of skiing. Meals: The buffet breakfast had a good spread to choose from. The Ala Carte dinner was also good with both continental and local cuisine. Staff: The staff at the reception (Check In), the restaurant (Dinner) and the Ski Centre were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay at the hotel during the next winter.

Honestly saying, there is no better resort to live here in qabala other than this. I mean they are more than perfect and value for money. You must be thinking that the other resort are way cheaper than this but once you come here than you won’t even think of living anywhere else, Simply AMAZING.

A 5* hotel corresponds to a “star” rating in terms of the range of services, service, and responsiveness of the staff. There are some drawbacks that significantly spoiled the impression of the stay. Let's talk about the disappearance of small personal items from the room. At best, the spa salon is staffed by trainees who do not know the basics of anatomy, massage and cosmetic procedures - I have never seen worse anywhere. Although the salon is equipped for 5*. In the rental of sports equipment, despite the complete digitalization of the process (!) and a wide range of products, the skis are not sharpened and there is no possibility of sharpening; there is also no wax for processing boards and skis. The trails are deadly, because there are sticks and bark from the surrounding forest everywhere. One plus - there are practically no people on the slope :). The infrastructure is poor: only a restaurant inside the hotel and a burger joint. There is nowhere to go, no choice. There is no pool either. In general, if we are talking about sports recreation, then this is definitely not the place. If you sleep and admire nature, it’s good.

I love that the location doesn’t require me to travel to enjoy the snow activities. My room was overlooking the lake and it was beautiful! The facilities are great, the hallways were warm with beautiful paintings and smells good, the restaurant both bar and the Elite served tasty food. The spa was also cozy enough to relax after a tiring day of snow activities. Best part is the staff were exceptional, they were kind and accommodating to requests, clearly attentive to their guests. As a solo traveler, this provided me a safe environment. Thank you for the wonderful experience Qafqaz! ❤️
