"Stayed here a few times off season due to working locally. As a short stay it's ok weekdays, rooms are fresh and modern. Breakfast and dinner clean and enough choices. Menu is expensive over priced even compared to Baku. Good service and language ability in English, Russian. Not much sound proofing between floors so can be noisy till children sleep. Lamps in bedroom stay on all night dim. Have to unscrew bulbs. No black out on windows. Road side rooms can hear traffic in the evening. Not in Gabala city."

"We were pleasantly surprised to see this hotel with spread out elevation in this small town, it is less than a kilometer from the town center. The rooms are well sized but the layout makes it compact in movements, the bedsheets and blankets are quite small to cover two people , had to ask for extra one. The breakfast spread is limited and challenge for vegetarians with no language issues. The in house bar and restaurants as well the terraces open to sky are pleasant areas to spend in the evenings. The indoor temp controlled pool and spa are in the basement and requires effort to locate plus the long walk, though the facilities are comprehensive and well maintained. The outdoors pool lacks some basics like changing room and shower area. All in all best place to stay in Qabala having upscale standards, though the staff right from reception to restaurant servers can do with some pleasant face and smiles to suit the hospitality business they are in."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gabala Bless Hotel Cottage. Everything was at the highest level — the cottage was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. From the very first day, the staff were extremely attentive and caring towards us. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff treated their guests in such a situation. I would especially like to mention Elsever Bey, the General Manager. He personally checked on our condition, brought us medicines, and even arranged “uzerlik” ritual for us (It’s a traditional ritual where herbs are burned over a person to remove negative energy or the evil eye). The breakfast included in the room rate was very tasty and rich, with a great variety of options. In general, all the food we ordered at Bless Hotel Cottage was delicious. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Bless Hotel Cottage team, and especially Elsever Bey, for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place."

"The problem started at reception. It turned out that the room we booked was given to someone else who checked in 10 minutes before us. After that, we waited 40 minutes with our children in tow for our room assignment, then another 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. It turned out we were supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but in reality, we weren't able to check in until 4:00 PM. The room wasn't cleaned perfectly; there were leftovers from the previous guests in the refrigerator. We went to the pool, swam, and so on. Everything was fine. In the evening, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The waiter came to us 20 minutes after I objected to anyone coming to take our order. Thank God, the waiter was good. Overall, my impression of the hotel isn't the best, as I think I ruined my day off. The hotel is generally not bad, but the staff and service are terrible."
