I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. The only big problem was my check out and departure. I booked a return shuttle to the airport on the day I arrived. It was confirmed two hours and an hour before I needed it. But then it didn't show up. I started to panic, and got in a private vehicle that drove me part of the way to where the shuttle was waiting. It was very stressful. I made my flight with no problem, but this should not have happened.

at times they will even make calls to check in if everything is all okay. The security officers by the parking lots are also so helpful and friendly at all times making sure we get correct parkings. very remarkable!

The Hotel is in a safe central location and enables the customer to easily access any place and services within the city. its clean, serve tasty and nicely prepared cuisines. The hotel has fine working Wi-Fi system which is an essential for enabling a customer to easily do their work whilst resident within the hotel.

The place was well cleaned upon our arrival and the massive bed made for a wonderful slumber. We were delighted that the mattress was so soft and the curtains were quite dark so the morning light did not interrupt a good night's sleep. The room was also soundproof and therefore a light sleeper would not suffer despite the location the hotel is in.

The rooms are spacious, clean and good, the wifi is very good, the only issue is there is one lady waiter who is not customer focus and not friendly, they need monitoring, again I did like the conference room, it's bathrooms are not situated in the right place
