We booked a non smoking king size room and as soon as we walked in our room it had a strong cigarette smell. But that’s not the worst part when we were going to shower the water was not draining in the bathtub I wasn’t able to get in contact with front desk either , I had booked for the whole weekend Friday , sat , Sunday but I checked out Saturday morning and I was promised to get a refund but the hotel never answered the people I booked through so I wasn’t able to get a refund. Not to mention their was mold in the bathroom ceiling and mold in the ceiling in the room as well.

Trash can by elevators were not empty, elevator floors were dirty. Room did not have “do not disturb”door sign.
Missing ice bucket. Bathroom door had to be push in to close.

We booked upon viewing the pictures of the property. Once we got there it was 40years older then the pictures advertised. We checking in got to our room to find dirty sheets and a very questionable cleaning. The night stand looked like it was getting eaten by something. The sheets on one bed had multiple spots on them. We cancelled the booking and got refunded. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room had a horrible smell. Carpet and worn and suspected to be cause of foul smell.
Also loud people at door all night long. Felt unsafe, will not return.
