Everything you find about this place in *********** is a lie, it is far away from the beach and from the city center, at least 3 km and not 2km as stay in *********** I paid for one night 18 USD, booked through *********** and I found in hostel world for 10 USD. Before paying I showed that to the stuff there and the answer was" you booked in ***********". The room wasn't clean as it wasn't the bed sheet. The stuff was really loud in the morning. Right now there is many people trying to hold on their business, doing things right in Sri Lanka and offering a good service for much lower, so please don't spend your money here and try to support people who is doing a good job to keep their business going on. So far is the worst place I found in Sri Lanka

Amazing experience. 15 of our pack went there and we stayed for 2 days ( 1 night ). First of all very friendly owners. AC rooms, subwoofer, curve smart Tv, clean rooms and beds, working washrooms with water..very spacious villa with tiled floor.we did a barbeque and owners were Ok with our noise and everything . They have a kitchen with every facilities ( gas cooker, oven, rice cookers, plates, cups, filtered water ( cool and hot ). 5 Km to the gallefort and 5km to jungle beach. Very near to scenary places in galle. 4 of our cars were able to park in there. And last but not least there prices are amazing we were very happy with the package.

- The kitchen was filthy and stinking with the garbage-can full without any cover and left overs all over the place - The bathrooms were wet, including the pots and the floors. The doors wouldn’t lock properly and the lights keept flickering - There were no bedsheets/blankets provided initially in any of the rooms. - The attitude of the care-taker was really embarrassing. The services included and/or not included were not explained properly and he left the place with no proper notice while locking us in from the main gate. - The place overall seemed unhygienic and untidy with creepers and dust/dirt around the place - The wifi was not working - No gas connection (we paid for it) - The lawn had car parked inside We decided to leave the place after paying the amount for 1 night upon which the caretaker locked us and demanded unreasonable payment. The owner was very rude.

Please remove the photo showing the beach frontage of Calamander Unawatuna Beach. The orange sun umbrellas belong big to our hotel with the business name UBR. I don’t know where your hotel is but it is certainly nowhere near UBR in Unawatuna
