We chose this hotel based on the comments and I found it surprising that they are far from reality. The room was apparently clean, nothing to say there, but the curtains were torn and the towels had brown stains. But the worst was the following. I'm allergic to spicy food, I know what country I'm in and it's my 9th day eating local food and I haven't had any problems until last night. I told the waiter my problem like every day and he swore and perjured that it wasn't spicy. I ate the two dishes on the menu without any problem (soup and mango salad) and when the main dish came and I put it in my mouth, it was more spicy than my partner's, which he had ordered spicy. Thank goodness I was in time to get it out of my mouth but something always stays and I had a tremendously bad night. I had a sparkling water and my partner had a beer off the menu and even after this issue happened and I told the waiter, they charged me for it. The situation could have been much worse but at no time have I felt even the slightest bit of awareness of the big mistake and to top it all off obsession with buying from me. At the last moment they asked me to wait for the manager but I had already been waiting for a while and had to leave the establishment in a hurry. A hotel on the beach with many more resources than in the center of the country cannot have this trea**ent. Just to say that for one night, without dinner (dinner paid) and a brief breakfast because both dinner and breakfast were missing things from the menu that was offered, they charged me more than 80 dollars...unacceptable
