The all-inclusive price is particularly refreshing. You can eat or drink whenever you want. However, the hotel is relatively old and the swimming pool closes early, only at 7 or 8 p.m.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional.It was clean, stylish, roomy with delicious foods . Unlimited Cocktail and Mocktail were really good and great value for money. I had only concern with the time spend for checking in and less support from staff. I hope you all can improve this as well. But i can rate the overall experience 5/5 . Thanks

The dj was hopeless..doesn't bothered to look , no change in music, only played his playlist...the entire floor was empty...spolied our valuable night ...pls look into it seriously ...we came with family and the dance troop.was superb but was spolied by dj playing hopeless music ...very disappointed

I had the pleasure of staying at the RIU Hotel in Sri Lanka and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff, especially Vishmitha, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was always impeccably maintained and Vishmitha's artistic touch added a special touch to our experience. I would highly recommend staying at the RIU Hotel in Sri Lanka to anyone planning a visit to the country. Worst check in. Worst receptionist. Airport check ins are far more better, it gives an impression that you are at an Airport but not in a hotel, baggages were scanned and we all 7 people stayed in the queue for the check in, the receptionist started entering details of each individual by keeping us wait for nothing with a 6 YO and a 2 YO child after 20mins waiting in the queue we asked why is it getting late?The receptionist replied with such a rude face, you could have filled the booking details online right since you didn’t do it im filling it…! Then we asked at least give us the rooms so the kids can relax coz they are after a 210km journey, he said since we are starting from dinner the services will start at 3 o clock so after 3 o clock can give the rooms…! Then i asked what about a welcome drink? He said yes thats also after 3 o clock. Then think about the rest…! I’m also a ex hotelier i have never seen such rude and unprofessional staff ever. Don’t consider this place a Hotel just think that you are at an Airport and thats it.

New concept and nice experience...as traveller...early bookings get great deal well as discount...well as room upgrades...very feriendly staff...awesome food.. mass variations of coattails and moktails...rooms are suppebe and very nice decarative arangment on celebrations...very thank full to Mr Duminda...in house keening...nice work at the felmingo bartendes and mangers...all three resturnt staff , thumbs up...
