The hotel was NOT at fault here. The fault lies solely with Trip.com who sold the booking to another site who refused to give the hotel my contact details. The hotel was therefore unable to inform me that my booking had been moved to another hotel in the group, hotel Fly. I was confronted with a locked door when I arrived and when I finally got through to someone I was asked to go to Hotel Fly.
I will never use Trip.com again as they soured what was till then a very enjoyable stay in Italy.

Spettacolare !! Abbiamo pernottato per tre notti presso Suite Porta Terra. Posizione centralissima, abbiamo potuto visitare tutta Gallipoli a piedi sia per raggiungere le spiagge sia per il centro. Personale super!!: le ragazze della reception sono state gentilissime, disponibili a darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per goderci tutta la città al meglio. Ci torneremo senza ombra di dubbio!

Posizione centrale. Camera spaziosa e pulita, avevamo soffitto con le volte affrescate. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile. A pagamento ti offrono anche il parcheggio. Ti danno anche ottimi consigli per dove mangiare.

Non è un hotel ma un affittacamere Arrivati sul posto scopriamo che l’accettazione va fatta 500 metri su altro hotel Accompagnati alla struttura si accede da un portone malandato sulla strada nonché da una scala di 18 scalini molto ripidi Non ci sono parole Camere tipo suite composte da due locali Due televisori grandi ma con ridottissimi canali da vedere (non c’era segnale antenna) Colazione al bar (a parte) Posto auto indisponibile Che dire: camere comode sulla parte vecchia di Gallipoli ma con molte problematiche

Non è male, il bagno non è finestrato e senza bidè sicuramente non da 4 stelle. La cortesia e la gentilezza del personale è squisita. La vista dal balcone sul mare è molto bella. Via Roma è a solo due minuti a piedi.
