Soggiornare presso questo hotel è stato un vero piacere. Sin dall’arrivo, siamo stati accolti con sorrisi calorosi da Serena, Lorenzo, Elena e Giuseppe, che si sono dimostrati gentili e pronti ad assistere anche i nostri “ principi in carrozza” con le loro richieste speciali. L’attenzione ai dettagli per rendere l’esperienza confortevole è evidente fin dal parcheggio esterno accessibile e dalla porta laterale per agevolare l’accesso. L’interno dell’hotel è luminoso, elegante e pulito, con un team di reception cortese e professionale che fornisce utili consigli sui locali circostanti, alcuni convenzionati. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Maurizio per la sua cura nel preparare il ricco buffet della colazione. In definitiva, ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno, e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Great hotel, the staff are excellent (particularly Maurizio on the breakfast service). Breakfast buffet great, cold meats, cheese, bacon, scrambled egg, cereals yoghurt cakes, everything you need. Hotel is 30 min walk from old town but you can walk via the Main Street which is lined with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beach over the road and a fantastic sandy beach about 5 mins drive away. Plenty of eateries near the hotel. Supermarket less than 5 mins walk. Lovely rooftop area with plunge pool and great sea view

They have literally ruined the first days of our trip. We've called them after the booking to ask about parking, I have been informed that it was available and chargeable, which I'm fine with, but no one ever told us we had to book it.
Trip day, 11PM, we arrive to an unknown city, no park is available and we had to walk 2km with 4 luggage's because the city is packet and that was the closest spot available.
The rest of our trip had to be completely re-planed as we couldn't leave and come back whenever we wanted with the car.
Bed is not a queen as described, there is no blanket or duvet in the bedroom. you need to choose to freeze in the bedroom with the AC or turn it off and burn in the 35 degrees of summer. Of course I got a cold.
Breakfast is pretty simple, eggs were cold, sweets are limited and not many vegetarian options (probably not a single vegan one). Coffee is on request and what annoyed me the most was that we have been denied a second one when asked.
No English speaking personnel during the evenings and everyday a different type of amenity was missing, a towel, a soap, a shower cap, a cup, always something new.
It looks like the definition of 4 stars is a bit different to them, worst 1500 EUR I've ever spent.

Gute Lage mit gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sofern frei. Kaffee nebenan für Frühstück. ca. 10-15minuten zu Fuss zu Baia Verde & Stadtzentrum, also weder Fisch noch Vogel, was schade ist. Zimmer im EG war seeeeeehr laut!! WIFI hat teils nicht geklappt. Pool oben auf Dach sehr klein aber fein, Bar war nur 1x offen.

Short stay hotel with compact rooms that are adequate and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient Breakfast was plentiful and updated as soon as depleted, (even at 9am)again with friendly staff. Good location I would recommend this hotel for its value for money

Sehr freundloches Personal und sehr saubere Räume.Lage für uns sehr gut gewesen. Das Frühstück hätte etwas augiebiger sein können und leider funktionierte das WLan nicht. Einrichtung des Zimmers war ideal um die Kleider zu richten. Die Poolbar ist sehr schön.
