Wir wurden in den P. Presta umgebucht. Alles war super sauber und wunderbar anzusehen. Das Badezimmer war etwas unpraktisch, da es keinerlei Ablage gab. Die Frühstückszeremonie war mir zu umständlich, alles kommt einzeln und dauert, das brauche ich nicht.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in un bellissimo weekend di aprile 2024 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale è davvero massima, la camera è grande e il letto è comodissimo, la posizione è centrale e silenziosa allo stesso tempo. Straordinaria anche la colazione, io sono celiaca e a Palazzo Presta non mi sono dovuta accontentare di cibi confezionati come capita quasi sempre, la cuoca infatti ha preparato per me pancake e muffin al cioccolato naturalmente senza glutine. GRAZIE!

Sehr stilvolles, originell mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel mit Dachterrasse in einem alten Palazzo inmitten der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell gestaltet. Wir hatten ein dunkelgrünes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, was sehr angenehm und ruhig war. Betten und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Von Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört, allerdings ist die Türe zum Flur sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, man konnte alles frisch bestellen. Sie Damen im Service waren super freundlich und bemüht.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail. Ausgesprochen freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und gute Kommunikation. Tolle Lage zum Stadtstrand und ganz in der Nähe von vielen guten Restaurants. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über die Stadt und aufs Meer.

I did book a stay in the hotel 4 months prior arrival. One week before I was informed that they have cancelled my reservation and replace with new dates (w.out my consent). So I had to book another hotel on short notice and higher cost. To make the thing worse the hotel still charged me for the room. So I can only warn you about this hotel as you might find yourself paying for a room you did not book!

L'hotel è molto bello, arredato con grande gusto e raffinatezza, la posizione perfetta. Personale gentile, sia alla reception che nella sala della prima colazione, ottima tra l'altro. Passando invece agli aspetti negativi, nelle camere manca spazio negli armadi, soprattutto per chi soggiorna a lungo, e poi i prezzi sulla terrazza per gli aperitivi sono esagerati. Comunque un buon ricordo e voglia di ritornare.
