Everything was nice, the people were very friendly and the location is ideal, it was clean BUT it is very loud, you hear every sound (alarm clock in the morning from the other room, the breakfast buffet is above the room, when people speak in the other rooms)

The label "Luxury Hotels Gallipoli" with the euphemistic, superbly done photos on the hotel website, as well as the mostly very positive reviews on the usual booking platforms, made our expectations much higher than what this hostel could fulfill. There is no luxury to be found anywhere in the entire building - not even in the so-called deluxe rooms. The furniture is very simple, quite old and gives a rather cold impression (which can be quite advantageous in the midsummer heat). Please note: All rooms have different layouts. Some of the deluxe rooms are also suitable for families and are laid out over 2 levels, making them quite spacious. Because of the winding building, squeezed between the old town streets, some have little to no view. The central location in the picturesque center of the old town and the friendliness of the staff, who also made it easy for us to change rooms, are worth mentioning. Despite the summer weather in September, breakfast was served in a small room on the ground floor (no roof terrace!). The selection was rather sp**** by Central European standards, but we were still able to enjoy fruit, pastries, fresh mozzarella, etc. The biggest disadvantage, in our opinion, was the noise from everything that moved around in the building: room neighbors, cleaning staff, etc. So don't expect too much from the hotel and enjoy the magical a**osphere of Gallipoli!

There is no elevator and there are quite a few stairs. Uncozy, dark room. The worst thing was the breakfast that we couldn't make since it was like a terrace with a multitude of pigeons flying over the food. Disgusting

I stayed with my boyfriend from 03/07 to 06/07 in this hotel located in the historic center of Gallipoli which allows you to fully visit it. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful reception staff always ready to satisfy our needs. We immediately realized that the hotel did not have a lift and it was difficult to carry our suitcases up also because our room was located on the top floor. Our room was very spacious with an equally spacious bathroom with glass shower. In the morning we start breakfast on a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast is a bit poor but on the other hand it offers very good desserts better than a pastry shop. The breakfast lady made us feel at home with her extreme kindness, helpfulness and precision. On the last evening we relaxed on the terrace with the jacuzzi accompanied by an excellent prosecco. The hotel itself is particular as it is an ancient building. I advise.

Horrible place. The pigeons had free access to the breakfast which contained old bread dressed up with tomatoes or cream to disguise the stale taste. Locks didn’t work so we didn’t have access to our room for two hours. Hopelessly slow and inefficient staff delayed the process getting to the room. No refund offered even we pointed out we missed our excursion that day.

This hotel, nestled in the heart of the old town, proved to be a delightful choice for our stay. The location allowed us easy access to explore the charming surroundings and immerse ourselves in the historical a**osphere. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The rooms were nice and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff deserves special praise for their friendliness and helpfulness. From the warm welcome at check-in to their willingness to assist with any queries, they made us feel valued and cared for throughout our visit. The breakfast served at the hotel was a highlight of our mornings. A variety of delicious options awaited us, and we enjoyed starting our day on the breakfast terrace, basking in the fresh air and lovely views. All in all, our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast made it a memorable trip. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the old town.

We were relocated to another establishment, learning of this relocation from a note posted on the front door of the hotel. We were offered a room without a window which we refused, then another one that was barely better. No information received beforehand even though the reservation had been made a few days before. Very disappointing experience

A wedding favor at the entrance to the historic center of Gallipoli. The location is excellent for those who want to move around the historic center on foot. We parked the car 5 minutes from here, near the port. The girls at the reception were very helpful, cheerful and professional. The hotel also has an agreement with the Bikini Beach Lido, with a free return shuttle service. I advise
