we were very happy with the Springhill Suites Gallup NM. Staff were friendly helpful and willing to make a room change to a handicap room when I forgot to request one. Very clean well kept exterior and interior. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.

My Husband and I had a great short Stay. We had to stop due to bad weather. Rooms are very clean the staff was very friendly at check in. The breakfast was super good. We wil definitely stay there again when we go threw for a lo ger stay.thank you for a great stay.

We had booked 2 double beds but the owner upgraded us to queens to keep us on ground floor. (We are 72&75, even though I don’t think we look it,it seems others can tell). The room had everything we needed & we slept well. This Super 8 had the best grab & go of any during our Covid travels: large yogurts, large apples, generous cinnamon rolls, Raisin Bran in bowls wrapped with a spoon, coffee & juice. The owner’s wife sanitized her hands then used gloves to hand us all I requested. Our only complaint was that the Raisin Bran had too many raisins!! She gave us both full cups of milk for our cereal. Frankly I prefer small as better without the glitz & high cost. This super 8 was a real bargain & exceptionally hospitable.

I was driving home after a flight back form Kansas. The Comfort Sites was full but they told me Sleep Inn had rooms. The front desk clerk could not have been more friendly. He was very kind and offered an extended checkout since I got in at about 2 AM. The room was very nice and a little smallish which is pretty typical of Sleep Inns (that is not a complaint). It was clean and very well prepared. I am glad to know this option is available in Gallup. One of the nicer motels in the city. I would highly recommend them!

We stayed in a deluxe double. Not sure if the rooms are different. Room seemed recently renovated and was clean and adequate with a refrigerator and microwave. Security seemed adequate. Common facilities are dingy. Breakfast was a waffle machine and instant oatmeal. Breakfast ends at 9 am even on Sunday which is a little obnoxious for a hotel about 17 miles from a time zone change (people coming from AZ must not appreciate breakfast ending at 8 am on their body clocks). How much effort would it take to at least go to 10:00 am local time? Answer is probably a lot as more people would use it.
