As soon as you enter the door, you are pressed against the bed. The room is too small and cramped. It feels like a Hong Kong hotel where every inch of space is expensive. The breakfast was poorer than many hotels we stayed at along the way.

They double booked my room. They gave my key to a stranger, and almost walked in on me. Very scary situation. Their excuse “The receptionist wasn’t feeling well. “ This could of been a very scary situation. I ended up leaving, I got bad vibes.

(1) I arrived at 2:50 PM for advertised 3 PM check-in. Room not ready. After a 55-minute wait they finally checked me in at 3:45, making me late for a nearby 4 PM meeting.
(2) Handicapped parking was a 40-yard walk from handicapped room.
(3) Mattress smelled of urine.
(4) One side of mattress hard as a rock; other side all broken down & gave no support.
(5) Poor room layout -- could not see TV from sofa or from one side of bed.
(6) Only one electric outlet on desk, and it was hidden by the coffee maker
(7) Sitting at desk, A/C blows directly on you -- no way to change direction of air flow
(8) Thermostat on A/C -- could not change temp. Tried to increase it from 66 to 74, but always went back to 66.
(9) Sitting at desk, desk chair blocks access to bathroom door.

The room was abt the size of a bathroom. No place to sit. Place a suit case or even have 2 people passing. A flashing light at widow level kept us awake. And all this for $170.
