Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to congratulate you on your special hotel. I have never had a nicer or better holiday. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. When we asked on the long day of arrival, we were offered a very nice room in no time at all, 9:00 a.m. including the AI wristbands - great service. All of the service staff were incredibly nice and helpful, all problems were resolved within a very short time. The reception was also exceptionally service-oriented, friendly and courteous. The food and drink selection is unique, a special thank you to Patrick, who always had an open ear for both of us, as well as to Thomas and all of the unnamed employees, we would like to thank everyone for a perfect holiday. Our stay was very restful and relaxed. The room service deserves special praise, everything was done perfectly twice a day. There was always fruit and enough water in the room, towels always fresh and everything was spotlessly clean. The beach is unique and you always feel very safe thanks to the security. The pool area with bar and pool boys do a really good job. The Easter Sunday dinner was amazing!!!!! But the African evening was also really well done and well thought out. All in all a really unique holiday, we'll be back in September. It's just great to be at Palm Beach. Thank you so much and again for everything!!!!

Very beautiful hotel with 60 rooms divided into bungalows surrounded by very well-kept gardens. All the staff are charming and professional, the catering is also very good. The beach boys on the beach come to meet you as soon as you set foot on the sand but are not very pushy. Two negative points however - the deckchairs are reserved very early in the morning and there is therefore no space all the time - hotel advertised and sold as being Adult Only... with couples with children, certainly not many. Be careful not to deceive customers like us who choose to pay more so as not to find ourselves in a family hotel, with shouting in the swimming pool...

Room service very aggressively kept opening my door with the handle, banging on the door and screaming room service even when i said i didn’t want to be disturbed. They came again 1 and half hours later and behaved the same way. They also assumed I don’t know Swahili and said to the other staff member infront of me that “Ana ni Sinya” (She is angering/irritating me). Thieves came into the hotel which is very unsafe. The manager called mentioning I need to leave the room. I then left the room at 4:30pm and when i returned at 11:20pm nothing in my room was cleaned and was left untouched.

Beautiful resort with nice size rooms. Very nice pool area for kids to play and has beach access right from the resort. Lots of activities by the beach, as jet skiing, glass boat rides, snorkeling and much more. Breakfast is available every morning and they do have good options for breakfast for everyone.

A beautiful little hotel with outstanding staff. The food is perfect, international with a small Indian corner. The rooms are very nice, in Swahili style and the minibar is included. The two neighboring hotels Neptune Village and Neptune Paradise can be used. The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the south coast. The hotel has 3 specialty restaurants. 1 Indian restaurant, 1 Italian restaurant and 1 fish restaurant. The bars offer a variety of international cocktails. But as already mentioned, the good and friendly staff made this vacation perfect. I just want to mention a few names. Stanley, Teresia, Philip, Patrick, Pius, Rachel, Brian, Riziki, Joseph, Hezbon and many, many more. 😍😍🏝🏝🇰🇪🇰🇪🌴🌴🏖🏖

Neptune palm beach hotel.. very nice location and a super nice hotel. Food delicious, rooms clean and very nice people. Stanley and Theresia, top people in the bar.. very sweet, well-groomed and friendly people in the restaurant of which Grace, Rachel and Patrick are the supervisors. Tomorrow, February 15, we are leaving again for my t****th home in Kenya. In the meantime, it is the 29th time... so I don't have to tell you more about it!! Really our t****e home!!! The variety of African, western, Indian food was phenomenal. They thought of everyone and all kinds of clientele. The friendly staff everywhere we looked, was absolutely incredible. Always a smiling face and always friendly. The special events nights, and the local music as well as other music, so that one can dance under the stars was really special. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

Jambo!!! from the threshold - acuna matata! I spent only 3 days here with my daughter - 3 days like in paradise. Comfortable houses, great service, paradise beach, ultra-clean swimming pool. A fantastic restaurant and bar with discreet service. Blissful silence, wonderful a**osphere. If you want animation, you go to Neptun Village nearby. I recommend a glass-bottom boat trip. I will recall these moments for many years, closing my eyes before going to sleep to calm down. Worth every penny, dollar or shilling spent.
