I have stayed here a couple of times for work purposes. This time it was decidedly average. My room was tired and cold. Staff were ‘visible’ but were ‘disengaged’.

Clean, quiet rooms - with a refrigerator (big bonus). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and bar staff were all incredible. Special mention to our server Riona, she did an amazing job!

The hotel has a great location, with parking for cars. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast could have more options related to fruits and breads. The staff is very friendly, always ready to answer questions and recommend places to visit. The negative aspect is the restaurant. We tried to order a pizza for dinner on March 29th, but it wasn't available. Instead, I ordered noodles that were very spicy and impossible to eat. The waiter should have informed you in advance that it was a food with pepper.

Excellent restaurant- I had Breakfast and evening dinner. They are also good with making cocktails. Very welcoming staff . Safe underground parking

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night we had lunch when we arrived it was fabulous the staff were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish our breakfast the following morning was one of the best we ever had we will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.

The restaurant staff have no idea of what service is. No menu no water no condiments. You have to ask for everything. I’m assuming that management haven’t trained people properly or just don’t care. We pay enough for accommodation in hotels in Ireland. The least you would expect is the minimum of service. This hotel just doesn’t have it.

Visited here with a group of friends, the service in the restaurant was excellent at dinner. Reception staff were so lovely at check in & very helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t fault the breakfast, very impressed with the selection & everything was so hot. Overall, great visit & will return!

Stayed recently with my family, we had a great time .Service was amazing, very friendly staff, Rooms were spotless and spacious. Breakfast was very good, plenty options available. Great location only few mins away from city center . I would highly recommend.
