"The hotel is very clean and quiet. There is a bathtub and it is very comfortable to take a bubble bath when tired. The service staff is very warm and polite. The breakfast is not much but it is very good. If you buy cold meals and hot meals at different prices on the morning, it is cheaper to buy them all one day in advance."
"We were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side. Location is unbeatable."
"Checked in to the hotel on 1st day of 2020, staffs were nice and friendly, however there are still some pros and cons for this hotel. The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Overall it’s a good hotel for couples or people who have car or doesn’t mind walking to the city Centre for 20 minutes, which I am"
"I arrived late at night, but it's in a quiet area. However, it's far from the station, so it's better to take the bus. There is a supermarket on the way. If you head towards the beach, there are bakeries and small shops.
The room was clean and the shower worked without any problems. There are towels, power outlets, and other necessities. You can help yourself to tea at the cafe, so be sure to check it out."
"This hostel exceeded expectations, for me.
The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower.
The pub downstairs was lively and good value.
I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them."
"The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is located in perfect location. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Galway."
"I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Amanda to have checked me in.She was beyond helpful, cheerful and very considerate. The hotel is lovely, close to hospitals but has no pool if you need one.It was crazy busy but there wasn’t a sound at night.I would stay again for sure."
"Very clean and well-kept hotel, super friendly staff. Perfect if you have a car: the hotel allows you to have a reduced price (we paid 12 euros for about 15 hours) for the parking nearby. The hotel is also in a central location: in less than 5 minutes on foot you are in the Latin Quarter"

Great
GGuest UserGreat stay, the location and facilities are perfect. Secure appartements with great views.
GGuest UserThe room was large and clean, because the bar was downstairs, I saw some evaluations that it was a bit noisy, really not noisy, indicating that the sound insulation was very good. The front desk is very welcoming, the location is too convenient, the city center, walk to the bus station for 5 minutes. I also need to go to business park outside the city. The bus below the hotel is directly there. It is too convenient. After get off work, go to the pedestrian street behind the hotel. I will stay here next time.
MM362171****The location is very good, just a few steps away from the city center and the park
The room is very clean and very large, and the facilities are very new and perfect
The room service is very good. I asked for a sewing kit and it was delivered within five minutes.
TTuziwang68The hotel has three floors and no elevator, but it is very warm. The hotel owner is a twin brother, tall and tall, but very elegant. The hotel should include breakfast, but the description is to charge, so that everyone did not go to breakfast, I hope to inform you clearly in the future.
AAA DoyleVery noisy after 1pm but that's expected but why have a bright green light on the ceiling like, needed black tape but unfortunately had none so sleepless kinda night
CChloe/The hotel was lovely, the room was very clean and cosy. The food was amazing. And the staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful - especially Ross at reception! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again!! :)
