3-Star Hotels in Galway

"Very convenient location - just a minute or two walk from the train station. Room was clean, facilities were reasonable for the price. The issue we did have though was not receiving any check-in details prior to arriving in the evening. While trying to check in, a few groups managed to check in - having received earlier that day an email from the accommodation. For whatever reason, we didn't get ours. After a number of messages/calls and seeking assistance from the hotel across the road, we managed to finally receive comms from the accommodation in order to gain entry. While the individual from Madison House was adamant they sent the email, they weren't able to provide proof of this upon request..."

"The check-in was smooth, and the others were okay, but because there was no front desk, the communication was not very smooth. It was to be conveyed through Trip.com , so I personally felt that it was easier to communicate with people than with machines."
