HHoward Stephen AlexanderOverall: Good hostel, well located, and the bar/pool as a highlight.
Location: By the riverside, a lively (though somewhat seedy) bar area part of the city. Lots of food options around. Felt safe enough.
Room: I got a private room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Don't leave any food wrappers in the trash or you will get ants in the room.
Pool/bar: lots of sunbeds, so it's easy to get a spot. Food and drink was reasonably priced and tasty.
Staff: Very friendly.
Activities: didn't try the paid activities, but a free Khmer language class was offered on the day I visited, which was interesting.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is okay, and the prices here are very cheap. You can eat downstairs. There is a snack street in the alley next to it. It is very lively at night and there is a vegetable market in the morning.

TThesaucemanIts okay but still feels expensive for what it is , especially considering you dont get lockers , like you have to being your own padlock , And since its a part hostel guest tend to be quite inconsiderate for each others but its not the hostel fault.

SSibelBA friendly hostel recently renovated, with many advantages. Brand new, spotless sheets, pillows and towels. A firm yet comfortable bed. The paint and walls are spotless. The only downside is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. We stayed in double room 307, and they said that the bathrooms in the other rooms also had ceilings opening into the room and no ventilation. So, requesting a room change wouldn't have helped. Our reservation was for 3 nights. We would definitely have liked to extend our stay if there hadn't been a ventilation problem. Apart from that, everything was great. The pool and its surroundings were quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Мебель и постельное бельё можно было бы обновить.
Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый, все просьбы выполняли быстро.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this guest house, the hosts were super friendly and helpful, letting me use their fridge and offering me an ice bucket for my beers. Its close to the market and to other really nice restaurants, there were a lot of mosquitos when sitting outside on the balcony, but the hostess offered me some mosquito repellent incense, which worked like a charm. Definitely would recommend!!

TTana_TevyI expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff.
I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other.
I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care.

MMattctrOne of the most affordable hotel rooms in the city. Great location. Walking distance to Sorya shopping center, the historic Central Market, 7 Eleven (Near Central Market), etc. Indian restaurant on site is delicious. Try it.
The rooms are a bit old and dated. It's not the newest or cleanest place in town, but it's also not the worst; it's good enough and the staff is kind, especially if you don't come with unrealistic expectations.
The elevator is currently not in service, but otherwise, the room is basic but cheap. So still a reasonable value! I stay here regularly, primarily due to the location and the friendly staff.

Easy to access to convenience stores or a night market.
Each floor has a shared dining space and a kitchen, and you can access to your private room with a bathroom through there.
I didn’t have anyone else during my stay so i could have a whole floor just for me.
The bed is large and comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
The reception is in another building across the alley, so you have to fo down there if you need help. Also, there’s no lift in the building so you have to carry your baggage (in my case) up to 5th floor.

The bus stop is right in front of the night market which is only 100 meters to the hotel and only takes 3 minutes.
