GGuest UserDespite showing non-smoking for all rooms here on Trip, there are two floors where they allow smoking. Due to this (and not inforcing a non-smoking policy elsewhere) coridoors strongly smelt of smoke on each floor. The ventilation system is also shared, so we returned to our room on the second day it was smelling of other people's smoking. We were offered changing to a twin from king room multiple times, when we pushed harder, we were then shown to a smaller double room which also had a strong smoking smell... this went on with reception going back and forth with someone on his mobile until we asked for a refund for our final night and we would go elsewhere. Only then was there suddenly another room that was the same to ours available – this is not the customer service you expect in a situation like this.

HHoan.mcIt has been my second time to stay in this hotel for a business trip. What I can recommend are cleanliness and brandnew decoration. It is my honour as this hotel used cement and steel supplied by my client who buy steel from my company.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and the rooms are located above the 27th floor, offering a panoramic view of Phnom Penh from the window. It's a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities are brand new, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the room is really loud; even on the lowest setting, the noise is still quite noticeable.

NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

GGuest UserThis is my best stay in Cambodia. I liked that there were real flowers in the room. They make it easier to breathe. The soundproofing is also very well done. I can't hear my neighbors. Overall, it's a quiet area. Yes, it's far from the city center, but I was more interested in the large malls that were close to me. There is a swimming pool with hot and cold water on the roof. You can also drink alcoholic beverages and work out in the gym there. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen has a stove, but no pots. It's convenient that there is good tableware. I thought the extractor fan was a little weak. Maybe it's time to clean it.

GGuest UserHigh-end, elegant, and classy, as expected from a well-funded brand. Although the rooms aren't huge, they have a distinctive style. Downstairs, you'll find an entertainment complex and an inner-city duty-free shop. The Mekong River and the Royal Palace are right outside the door. What a perfect spot to get rich!

KKun VichekaIt was a nice experience with this hotel. I stayed here several times because of the design of the room and nice service. My only problem is about the smell of cigarettes. Since we stayed as the family with kids, it was not so pleasant for them to stay with the smell of cigarette. And I just found out that almost 90% of the rooms have the smell of cigarettes, we tried to change the rooms so many times, but they are the same.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are relatively new but not fully functional. The internet and Wi-Fi were poor, and the bathroom floor was too slippery. There was no hot water at night, and no trash can in the room. The pool closed too early. On the positive side, the service attitude was good, and the doorman actively helped with luggage. Overall, it offers good value for money!
