Amazing
WweirdruiHotel is relatively new, has a modern feel to it. Basic amenities are provided. There is a gym even though I didnt use it. Staff is warm and welcoming. Location is pretty decent - there is a lot of eateries around.
AAilisiThis French-branded hotel really left an impression on me with its unique character and excellent service. The mattress and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I also have to commend the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor; the dishes were authentic and delicious. And the rooftop open-air Western restaurant and bar on the 11th floor is a real highlight, offering fantastic views of Phnom Penh. I'll definitely be back.
NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹
BBaitouwengLeonFor this price point, having such a cool outdoor pool is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was also very substantial. However, it's a shame the air conditioning was so noisy, and in my room, the fan speed control wasn't working. The maintenance staff tried for a long time but couldn't fix it, which was a bit disappointing.
GGuest UserThis is my best stay in Cambodia. I liked that there were real flowers in the room. They make it easier to breathe. The soundproofing is also very well done. I can't hear my neighbors. Overall, it's a quiet area. Yes, it's far from the city center, but I was more interested in the large malls that were close to me. There is a swimming pool with hot and cold water on the roof. You can also drink alcoholic beverages and work out in the gym there. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen has a stove, but no pots. It's convenient that there is good tableware. I thought the extractor fan was a little weak. Maybe it's time to clean it.
OORLOV DMITRIIAn excellent hotel. We stayed for almost a month and were very pleased. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable for an extended stay. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
In terms of price-quality ratio, it's an excellent option: the price is affordable, and the standard exceeds expectations. The staff is friendly, and the administrators are always helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
The pool is cleaned every morning, the towels are fresh, and everything is well-maintained. Overall, it's a safe bet. If we're in this city again, we'll stay here.
GGuest UserI would like to start off my host was very friendly and hopeful she have a great hospitality I would recommend to stay here again the room was clean and there good house service
AAowupimengwangThis hotel was our stopover in Phnom Penh for one night, and although our stay was short, we were very satisfied. Firstly, the hotel is located on a higher floor, offering an excellent view of the confluence of Phnom Penh's three rivers, ensuring we enjoyed a beautiful cityscape. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located, with all major attractions in Phnom Penh easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Additionally, it boasts a rooftop pool and gym, providing comprehensive facilities and great views. The only minor issues were that some facilities seemed a bit dated and there's room for improvement in cleanliness.
AAnonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.
GGuest UserCheck-in was super fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was larger than I expected and had a really stylish design, not that outdated business hotel look. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the pillows were perfect. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but I actually slept soundly through the night! The soundproofing was also great; I didn't hear a single thing from the hallway. I have to praise the breakfast too. They had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. There were also local specialty snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite and clean.
