"Despite arriving close to midnight, I was able to check in. The staff were attentive and the hotel was more than adequate. It's a great base hotel for sightseeing, especially if you're using a motorcycle navigation app.
Be aware that for rooms on the 5th floor, you'll need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use the stairs. The steps are quite steep, so be careful if you have large luggage!
For someone like me who prioritizes value for money when choosing hotels abroad and is willing to overlook minor inconveniences, this hotel was perfectly satisfying!"

Beryl TravelGym has a decent barbell rack but it's on the small side, good enough for a few days. Staff are super helpful and polite, top class. 👸🤵♂️ Rooms are comfortable and hardwood floors are nice. Not noisy outside (at least the side I'm facing.) I slept well here.

The hotel provided me with two key cards, which was a thoughtful touch for keeping things charged and the room at a comfortable temperature. The facilities aren't luxurious but cover all the essentials. The staff were well-trained, friendly, and polite. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. The rooftop city view is fantastic; I highly recommend checking it out around sunset.

moni4711Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I had a good stay overall for a fair price, but don't expect luxury. I liked the well-maintained room, the gym and the rooftop pool. However, the hotel charges a $50 deposit and has more prohibition signs than the streets of Singapore, which doesn't feel welcoming. In the room, there was no safety box, which is basic. The usability of the kitchen is limited. Similarly, the washing machine doesn't come with a dryer and there is nothing to hang up your clothes.

The room is well-equipped with two regular pillows, two extra pillows, tea, coffee, and a safe. You can order room service via a QR code, and your order arrives within five minutes without leaving your room. The restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor. The night market is also just a five-minute walk away. This place is very convenient for sightseeing and tourism, and the price is affordable.

Anonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

チーム「アジアの風」This is our go-to hotel every year. It has that old-world Cambodian charm, and I love that it's so reasonably priced. The hot water works perfectly, and cleanliness is never an issue. There's a cheap laundry service nearby that even offers same-day delivery, which is a huge help. Breakfast from the restaurant with a great view is always a highlight, with plenty of variety to choose from.

Art Kevin CuadraPool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
