I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were particularly unprofessional and unfriendly. When the deposit was returned, the cash was dirty and even torn at the edges, which was unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards and professionalism."
