"The window view is really nice, also I like staff, they are all very friendly. But for me there are a lot of disadvantages, the main are dirt in the room, bad smell in toilet (from food), and a lot of flying insects. The hotel is located in china district and in the 28th floor."

"The hotel is really nice. The room i booked is the same as advertised. Very cozy and asthetic. Breakfast is very good too. You can customize your own breakfast and eat as much as you want. The infinity pool is so breathtaking. The staffs can speak English very well, and they are very friendly and professional. For Muslim, there are a lots of Halal restaurant nearby. You can walk to riverside and enjoy the surrounding."

"Very poor service experience. The service throughout the stay was extremely disappointing. The staff did not greet guests at all, and from check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no service provided. I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were particularly unprofessional and unfriendly. When the deposit was returned, the cash was dirty and even torn at the edges, which was unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards and professionalism."
