"Nice hotel but there was a construction noise on the floor above us, it was only during daytime though. The remote control for TV doesnt work anyway. Hallway smells cigarette at some place."

"The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort. I enjoyed the spacious room and the lush greenery surrounding it. The breakfasts were fairly good, though they could use a little improvement. All in all, a decent place."

"I would have given it full marks; most staff, including the general manager, were incredibly friendly. However, the deck staff last night were extremely rude. I requested a 30-minute extension for check-out, but he refused very unkindly, saying, "You booked through a platform, not directly through our hotel, so you can't extend your stay!" But this morning, when I asked the morning shift front desk, they immediately confirmed my request for a full-hour extension without hesitation. Shouldn't the ability to extend check-out be based on room occupancy, not on the booking method? Can't platform guests enjoy special services? This front desk staff seriously ruined my stay!"

"Very poor service experience. The service throughout the stay was extremely disappointing. The staff did not greet guests at all, and from check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no service provided. I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were particularly unprofessional and unfriendly. When the deposit was returned, the cash was dirty and even torn at the edges, which was unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards and professionalism."
