"The hotel is newly opened this year! The environment is very nice, the rooms are large, and the location is good; there are restaurants and other places to eat downstairs! It's very close to Aeon Mall and the beach! A tuk-tuk ride costs 5000 Riel! That's the good side! However, being a newly opened hotel, there are definitely areas for improvement! The rooftop pool railing isn't very sturdy! The complimentary breakfast offered daily at the 17th-floor restaurant wasn't provided! Perhaps hiring a waiter who understands Chinese would be helpful!"

"This is a great apartment. The room is clean, and the rooms look like they have been refurbished. Spell good and clean. The AC is good for the room, keeps it cool in the hot Cambodia. The staff was young and friendly. Easy check-in. They have a good section for parking the car in front of the door. The location is good—very short tuk-tuk ride to riverside, or central market. I will stay there again."

"I was very fortunate to stay at this newly opened hotel, from April 17th to April 20th, and then extended my stay to April 30th. This is the first time I've really felt compelled to write a review for a hotel. Below is my comprehensive review; I'd give it a 9 out of 10. 1. Hotel Facilities: All facilities, including the rooms, gym, swimming pool, and laundry room, are the latest and highest quality. Every place was impeccably clean and tidy. I was extremely satisfied with the facilities, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. 2. Service Quality: The service from the staff, including the front desk, housekeeping, chefs, and hotel manager, was excellent. Many of the staff, including the front desk, manager, and chefs, speak both Chinese and English. There are also Chinese-speaking signs throughout the hotel, making the check-in experience very convenient, especially suitable for Chinese guests. 3. Restaurant Experience Because it had just opened and there weren't many customers, the restaurant didn't offer a buffet yet; it was à la carte, with both Western and Chinese dishes. The food was delicious. My reservation included a free lunch, so I enjoyed a variety of customized and delicious lunches every day. The chef's skills were top-notch, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. This was a perfect experience for me. 4. The only drawback, and the reason I deducted one point: the air conditioning wasn't working properly on my first night. However, this was understandable, as it was newly opened and there weren't many guests. The hotel staff resolved the issue promptly that night, and the hotel manager personally explained the situation to me the next day and offered compensation. I was very satisfied with the hotel's efficiency and attitude. In short, I highly recommend this hotel!!! Honestly, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none."

"It was my last night in Cambodia, I was looking for a closer place to new airport. Location: I think its a newly developing living area. There were not many shops, restaurants... Cleanliness: Its pretty clean, no doubt Service: I think front desk could put a bit more smiles on face, other then that, it's alright. Facilities: It's a single room apartment in alley, much more like a guesthouse. The shower faucet does not work at all, which is the key to give a poor. In room wifi signale is also poor, but connection speed is alright. Overall, its a place good for longer stay, but shower faucet not working was a big boo.... Hope they could fix it later on."

"My stay at Intercity Hotel Phnom Penh was super satisfying! ✨ As expected from Huazhu Hotels, I always stay here when traveling for business in China. The hygiene was top-notch: the entire room was meticulously cleaned, the floors and bedding were spotless and dry, and the bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly tidy with no odors. Even the corners were pristine. The service was excellent: the front desk and room service staff were warm, courteous, and very friendly, even speaking Chinese! The sleep experience was fantastic: the mattress was just the right firmness, the pillows were perfectly soft, and the room had excellent soundproofing, blocking out all outside noise. I fell asleep easily and slept soundly until morning – it's definitely my top choice for business travel rest. We also used their meeting room, and the meeting room service was excellent too! This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Phnom Penh. I'll definitely be back!"

"Hope can have earlier notifications about blocked area and water playing or remind guest to avoid certain time arrive hotel beforehand. The whole block around the hotel was fully packed by the people playing water and made it extremely difficult to get there. The government already made the announcement for no water playing this year, seems no one care about this."
