EEll-AnneClose to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

柳柳純一From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station.
This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
Wi-Fi is strong and stress-free.
There is air conditioning so you can deal with the heat of summer or off-season.
The facilities are brand new so you can spend very cozy.

Communication was easy and the hotel manager was helpful.
They recommended Uber from the airport but you can very easily get here using public transport.
Close to the tram lines-- you can hear them from inside the apartment, it didn't bother me

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and no peculiar smell. It is convenient for business travel. There are two large shopping malls within walking distance, which makes shopping convenient. There is a free indoor swimming pool and gym. The overall stay experience is very good. It is recommended for business travel and tourism shopping.

LLvxingyiyanIn the central square of Zagreb, the location is excellent, the room is small but breakfast is included, the restaurant has snacks and drinks coffee 24 hours a day, the biggest advantage is that you can store your luggage and use the restaurant after check-out. Because Zagreb all check in after 3 pm and check out before 10 am. The only downside is that it is the city center, Zagreb is still full of people at 3 in the middle of the night, and the hotel has prepared earplugs for guests.

The shower head cannot be hung on the wall. The sink rests on a shelf that is too deep, which makes it difficult for people who are not tall to use

NNina ThailandThe young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

GGuest UserThis room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

AAnonymous UserThe room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.
