Zagreb Hotels with Gym

It was a very nice hotel with interior and atmosphere that I wanted to stay for another night. I would definitely recommend it to women who like beautiful things. The female staff also had a very cozy stay with a sense of security and kind response. Breakfast was also handmade and I felt particular about the vessels, and I was impressed by each one. I would like to visit Zagreb again to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is about five minutes walk from the bus terminal. The hotel is decorated in style, the bed is very wide, and the open bed is very comfortable. The front desk of the hotel is fluent in English, smiling, worth recommending. In addition, if you visit tourist attractions, you only need to take Line 6 directly to the opposite side for about 25 minutes. There is a food and store bakery nearby for easy travel. There is a car rental company downstairs, which is convenient and fast.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems. As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

The lobby staff were very friendly and chatted with us a lot. The hotel facilities were also very good. The only downside was its distance from the city center, which is reflected in the price, but it's quite close to the airport on the return trip.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.
