AAnonymous UserIt was a very nice hotel with interior and atmosphere that I wanted to stay for another night. I would definitely recommend it to women who like beautiful things. The female staff also had a very cozy stay with a sense of security and kind response. Breakfast was also handmade and I felt particular about the vessels, and I was impressed by each one. I would like to visit Zagreb again to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is about five minutes walk from the bus terminal. The hotel is decorated in style, the bed is very wide, and the open bed is very comfortable. The front desk of the hotel is fluent in English, smiling, worth recommending. In addition, if you visit tourist attractions, you only need to take Line 6 directly to the opposite side for about 25 minutes. There is a food and store bakery nearby for easy travel. There is a car rental company downstairs, which is convenient and fast.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, clean, rooms are cozy, loby, elevators and hallways smell really nice. Breakfast was really nice, various tipes of fresh bread, veggies, fruits, meats and cheeses.
Parking has own garage but i parked on public street parking, there was some place and it is cheaper option.
Has huge pool with warm water.

GGuwenqinAfter staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!

GGuest UserChambre moderne, fonctionnelle et propre. Un peu loin du centre historique mais sans problème si on est motorisé. Personnel professionnel et agréable. Le bar est convivial. Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant. Par contre la pizzeria Marino presque en face fait des pizzas très copieuses et excellentes. Parking gratuit très apprécié.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

GGuest UserFirst things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly.
Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name )
It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel.
Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite.
Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights.
If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy.
