First they wanted to charge me extra to check in 20 minutes before 3pm, then I had to pay for spa €30 (€15 each) but I was not aware about this when I checked in!! Also when I wanted to change a towel at the spa they request another €5/towel!! Excuse me but I didn’t wanted to buy your towels!! I will not return for sure!!"

"When we arrived to check in, the receptionist, a lady at the front desk, spoke to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. We had traveled from Austria, and according to the hotel's description, German was supposed to be one of the languages available for communication. However, when we politely asked a question, she rudely told us, "Take this paper and translate it into whatever language you want." We do speak English, and we were simply asking a respectful question. In my opinion, this was not professional behavior and left a very negative first impression."
