"After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Service: Almost no service, no replacement of towels, no cleaning Health: Not bad Environment: To be honest, the environment is OK Facilities: OK"

"It seems to be close to the airport, but it was hard to find (in the middle of a residential area). They will arrange a shuttle bus for you if you ask the front desk. Amenities are minimal. Since it was New Year's Eve, the bistro on-site was closed, so we went to a pizzeria about 30 minutes away."

"Although the hotel informed me in advance that there was a bar open until the early hours, they only gave me four hours to cancel. The problem is, who's watching the notifications every day? By the time I saw it, it was long gone. The hotel didn't offer any solutions. And it wasn't just noisy; there was also very noticeable vibration, which I could clearly feel walking on the floor and lying in bed. If you want to stay up all night, choose this hotel and spend the night with the drunks downstairs."
