The hotel staff were very friendly and the shower room was very clean. I was very happy to be given cold water to pour into my hands. You will receive a map. The location to Zagreb city was great and very convenient.

Appalling experience at this Zagreb hotel! Despite booking the correct dates after the mistake, they refused to refund the wrong day I accidentally booked. Disappointing customer service. 😠🏨

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

The bed is very soft, there is an overhead shower in the shower, the water is hot enough and very comfortable. The door needs to be closed with force, but it is automatically locked. The building needs a key to enter, and the security is good.

入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！
