"Decided to book this hotel since we were arriving late at night. I wanted to reserve the airport shuttle bus. Managed to contact the hotel via WeChat. The response of the hotel is very fast. They are very helpful in answering all my questions.
The room is really clean and big. The hotel reception is very friendly and helpful. They even gave us free disposable raincoats as it was raining while I was leaving. I needed to walk to the metro station which is about 300m away. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport for a night stay."

"I chose this place without hesitation for my early morning flight the next day. The location is incredibly convenient; it's a 2-minute walk to T4 and only a five-minute walk to T3.
The young lady who checked me in on the first day, Anna (Yu), was super nice. She reactivated my long-lost Hyatt membership and spoke in a gentle, very helpful tone 👍.
After checking out on the second day, I realized I'd forgotten something. Xiao Dong at the front desk helped me send it via SF Express, and I'm very grateful to all of you 🥹.
The environment is comfortable, breakfast is good, and they even provide fast-track security passes for the airport! 👍"

"I frequently visit Hangzhou and was looking for a hotel with a good location. I was initially a bit worried the rooms might be old-fashioned.
However, upon arriving at the lobby, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, and I was very happy with the room and floor they assigned. The front desk also patiently explained the surrounding area, including convenient dining and shopping options. They were very friendly and helpful with many things.
The room layout was standard for a 4-star hotel, nothing out of the ordinary, but it was really clean with no strange odors. It had everything you'd expect: direct drinking water, a smart toilet, and a disinfection cabinet! I felt very comfortable staying in such a room. After a long day, it was great to come back and enjoy a relaxing hot bath!"

"I had a 21 hour transit flight at Hangzhou. Haoyi Hotel appeared in trip.com app and showed it's very close to the airport. As my departure flight is at 9:30AM early in the morning, I decided to choose the hotel with easy access to the airport without rushing.
The hotel is only one station away via Metro Line 7 and walking distance of 550m from Xingang station.
The hotel is clean and newly renovated.
The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to the airport - arrangement made during check-in at the reception counter at the lobby."

11331167****On a whim, I decided to visit Hangzhou to enjoy the osmanthus flowers and booked this guesthouse in Siyanjing. It's relatively new, so all the facilities are fresh and modern. When the housekeeper showed us to our room and explained the amenities, they said, 'There's nothing in the room you need to pay for,' and I absolutely loved hearing that! The fridge was fully stocked with drinks and mineral water, there was a large plate of welcome fruit, and various snacks. A canvas bag held an assortment of travel essentials, and by the bed were earplugs and eye masks – even nail clippers were provided. Everything was so comprehensive and thoughtful! They also offer complimentary laundry service. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be delivered to your room, and there's even a nightly sweet treat. For breakfast, you can order your main course, and the self-serve fruit selection is excellent; the beef noodle soup was delicious! Manjuelong is within walking distance, the zoo is right across the street, and Hupao Park is just a few minutes' walk away. The room even had two large bottles of Hupao spring water! Although it's a bit far from the subway station, the bus stop is conveniently located at the intersection.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

GGuest UserThe price is right, breakfast is included, it is close to the subway entrance, there are free fruits when you check in, and there is free Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator. It is better than staying in a loft apar**ent by the river. Several families have to stay in hotels when they travel. The loft apar**ent has one room per floor, and you have to scan your face when you check in. There is no breakfast.

GGuest UserCame across this hotel while searching for an affordable yet spacious hotel and it looked exactly what i needed. A day before our reservation day, the hotel prempted us on possible road restrictions at their vinicity and offered to send us their customised map for drop-off. Upon arrival of the hotel, we were welcomed by their warm and friendly staff who gave us clear guidances amd brought us up to the room personally and familiarise us with their facilities. To our surprise, the hotel offered to help us wash and dry our clothing, free of charge and we dont have to do it ourselves which saved alot of time. The saved time allowed us to rest and enjoy our stay in Hangzhou. They were always ready to serve us, with dessert for supper, delivery items to our room anytime via their robot too.
From the hotel, u may take a stroll to West Lake in 6 mins. U can reach YinTai mall Area B and Longxiangqiao Metro in less than 5mins too.
During our stay, we went to West Lake Impression and Gong Yan and we enjoyed both performances and experiences.

GGuest UserI took my kids to Hangzhou on the weekend. I saw a route online and wanted to go to Majiawu-Observation Deck-Beigaofeng-Lingyin. This hotel is very close to Majiawu and you can walk there quickly. The service is good, but the room feels average. The most speechless thing is that the dry and wet basins are independent, and the toilet and bathroom are independent. In the bathroom, there is no place to put clothes except for the shower. The clothes rack is above the toilet. There is no curtain in the shower, only some frosted stickers, which is not enough privacy. There is no clothes rack in the shower room, which is also unreasonable. It is equivalent to taking off clothes outside to take a shower. I don't know if it is just like this for my room type. The price is not low, and I recommend other fast chains.

AAsnafi NaderThe location is great: one minute walking distance to Hangzhou Railway Station and to Chengzhan metro station, one metro station away (Ding’an Road) from the historic pedestrian Zhongshan Road and Hefang Street, 2 metro stations away (Longxiangqiao) from the West Lake scenery and shore, several restaurants, cafes, and corner/convenience shops within 1 minutes walking… Quite room with a comfortable bed and an open view, iron, ironing board and safe in the room, a smal fruit and soda basket was delivered to the room the first evening, nice breakfast, fast check-in and check-out… I highly recommend this hotel for both business and private trips.

GGuest UserThe hotel I chose when traveling with friends to Hangzhou is surrounded by a well-developed subway and bus network, and it is easy to reach popular attractions such as the West Lake and Hefang Street. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

Easy to go Xihu by walking and other places by bus .Breakfast food is delicious , non oily , dessert served with less sweetness which is my favourite.
