Great environment, nice rooms, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended! I always love coming back here. The front desk staff are super friendly and quickly accommodate requests. The room feels like a second home. Everything is just wonderful, with excellent service and patient front desk staff. Truly exceptional in every way.

The hotel is right in front of the bus stop. If you're walking from Metro Line 1, you'll pass through a commercial street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has excellent air conditioning, and there's a free coffee machine and tea available. The room isn't huge, but it looks exactly like the promotional pictures. The smart home features throughout the room are very convenient, and I was quite satisfied. The only minor thing is the mirror facing the bed, but you can just cover it with a towel if it bothers you. The hotel service was also excellent; it was pouring rain when we arrived, and while we were resting in the lobby, the front desk staff kept checking on us. Even the cleaning staff was very polite when we asked for our room to be tidied.

This hotel is relatively new and clean in all aspects. The bedding feels quite similar to Atour, and I even saw an Atour logo on the faucet in my room, which makes me wonder if it's a renovated Atour property. If so, it's like getting Atour quality at a lower price. As for breakfast, Holiday Inn Express's breakfast is consistently good among mid-range chain hotels. Regarding service, we received welcome fruits upon check-in, and there was plenty of water in the room, so no need to keep asking the front desk. When I needed something in the evening, the front desk even helped with laundry and brought it back to my room after drying.

The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

It's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

The hotel's location is generally acceptable. It's about a five-minute walk from Longxiang Bridge Metro Station (Exit D), along Wushan Lane. While it might not be as prime as the Renhe location, it's not a major issue. The hotel itself is quite old; the floor tiles in the bathroom area were yellowed upon entering. The biggest downside in the room was the lack of USB outlets, which is frankly quite inconvenient in this day and age. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. A big plus: takeaways can't be delivered to your room directly. You either have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself, or wait for the robot delivery, but during peak hours, waiting 30 minutes for the robot is a common occurrence. 🤦

The room was clean and tidy, so check-in was fine. The location is quite convenient, just a straight walk, and West Lake is about 500 meters away. For families with kids, being a bit closer would be better, especially since it was scorching hot when I visited and I was drenched in sweat. My room cost over 900 yuan, but it was pretty basic. This room type definitely doesn't justify the price; it was super ordinary and not worth it at all.

I was on a last-minute trip to Qiandao Lake and arrived at the hotel quite late. Xiao Dong at the front desk was very patient and provided excellent service. The room was nice, and they upgraded me for free.

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

The hotel's location is great, surrounded by many high-end shops, perfect for a casual stroll. It's also conveniently close to Wulinmen Pier for boat trips. The interior decor is a bit classic/old-fashioned, and the room isn't huge, but the bathroom is spacious with a separate wet and dry area, which is really refreshing. The service, in particular, was outstanding. As soon as we arrived in the underground parking garage, unsure of how to get out, the butler called us and then personally came down to escort us. After check-out, they again personally saw us off to the garage – truly commendable! We added the butler on WeChat and bothered them with various requests, and they were always patient and meticulous, definitely praiseworthy. Another detail the hotel did very well was the welcome fruit, which included apples and pears, accompanied by a peeler for easy eating – something I haven't encountered in other hotels, truly deserving of praise. The only complaint I have is about the parking. Probably due to historical reasons, the garage is a bit far from the hotel, and first-time, non-local guests will likely find it confusing.
