I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel in Hangzhou. It's a must-stay! The subway station is right outside, with Lines 5 and 2 taking you directly to all the scenic spots. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. They offer coffee, pastries, and even a lovely 'goodnight porridge' – so thoughtful and welcoming!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! Step outside, and you're in a food paradise. Wang's Shaobing, snacks near Longxiang Bridge, stinky tofu, and authentic Pian'erchuan are all readily available – simply delicious, a foodie's dream come true! The only minor drawback is that the room is indeed a bit small. While the bathroom and toilet are separate (wet and dry areas), the space still feels a little cramped. However, given the fantastic location and incredible food, I'd still give it an overall 8/10. Despite its minor flaws, it's still highly recommended for its convenient transportation and the abundance of amazing food right on your doorstep!

I especially enjoyed sitting by the large bay window, watching the peaceful river outside—it was the perfect place to relax. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their outstanding service. Their prompt responses and helpful assistance made my first trip to Hangzhou completely hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the heart of a vibrant city like Hangzhou.

A hidden, healing haven tucked away in the everyday – that's Rushi Residence. This hotel is nestled within a century-old forest farm, offering a tranquil environment and fresh air. Surrounded by ancient trees, I can imagine opening the balcony door when they bud to a vibrant spring landscape. The moment I arrived, I felt an instant sense of calm. There are different activities every day, like Song Dynasty tea ceremonies, sound healing with singing bowls, and Baduanjin exercises, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. My room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful details, making for a very comfortable stay. The butler was gentle, attentive, and genuinely warm, making me feel truly cared for. A Zen spa session provided a wonderful sense of mental clarity. I loved the experience and will definitely be back.

The room has a charming, antique feel with a distinctive incense aroma, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. There's even a calligraphy experience available in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was incredibly varied, and the pastries were particularly delicious. I also want to thank the hotel staff for providing me with an extra complimentary breakfast.

The room was pretty basic and simple; I didn't even bother taking any pictures as there wasn't much to capture. However, the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to West Lake – just a short walk through an underpass. There are plenty of bus routes nearby, so you can easily reach many different places, and dining options are abundant with a wide variety to choose from. There are also convenient small supermarkets around Wushan Road. Overall, it's very convenient. There's a terrace on the 10th floor, and on a nice day, the view of West Lake from there is beautiful. My only minor complaint is that for this price, it would be even better if they provided a couple of coffee sachets in addition to the tea bags. Also, the rooms facing Wushan Road can't have their windows opened because of the strong cooking smells from the restaurants downstairs! We didn't ask to change rooms because my elderly companions were tired.

I was on a last-minute trip to Qiandao Lake and arrived at the hotel quite late. Xiao Dong at the front desk was very patient and provided excellent service. The room was nice, and they upgraded me for free.

Atour truly lives up to its reputation; I slept wonderfully last night. I'd give it a 90 out of 100 – overall, it's really good. Here are a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. There was a smoky smell in the hallway. 2. Family rooms could use a mini-fridge. 3. The breakfast variety could be more diverse. 4. Front desk service: We waited on the sofa for a long time. Initially, we arrived early, so the room wasn't ready (which is completely understandable). The staff asked us to wait on the sofa, but then there was no follow-up. Eventually, 15 minutes past check-in time, I had to proactively ask again and found out the room had been ready for a while, but no one had informed us. 5. It would be great if rooms could provide razors. Otherwise, I always have to go to the front desk to ask for one, which is quite inconvenient.

Really good! The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with tea plantations all around and fantastic air. The room was comfortable too; the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super-large bed, perfect for stretching out. The front desk service was also excellent, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

My stay at Hangzhou Tower Hotel was exceptional. The hotel boasts a prime location, right next to West Lake, making it incredibly convenient to walk to many famous attractions. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was remarkably comfortable. The staff provided professional and attentive service, from check-in to daily inquiries, responding efficiently and with a kind and polite demeanor. The dining options were extensive and of high quality, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The overall environment was clean and elegant, with attention to detail that showcased its quality. This stay far exceeded my expectations and is truly an ideal choice for a visit to Hangzhou. Highly recommended.
