The location is very good, just a few steps away from the city center and the park
The room is very clean and very large, and the facilities are very new and perfect
The room service is very good. I asked for a sewing kit and it was delivered within five minutes.

We had an Amazing time here from start to finish. The hotel is just beautiful and the décor is very art deco. So central, in the heart of Galway City. All staff from reception, accommodation staff, porters and service staff were so attentive. The rooms were big and spacious with fabulous beds and showers/baths. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. Thanks so much for an amazing time We will be back again

I had a wonderful stay here at Hyde Hotel last week. The bedroom was comfortable and cosy. In particular, the receptionist, Tara, was extremely welcoming and helpful as it was my first time in Ireland, she even gave me some fantastic suggestions for places to visit during my stay. Will be sure to be coming back again soon!

Lovely hotel conveniently situated a short walk to the old part of Galway with its shops and bars. Very comfortable room. Restaurant is very large and beautifully decorated, and they do a continental breakfast for €7. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Rooms comfortable lovely decor could not fault the rooms, our rooms we're not ready they we're a little bit late we didn't mind that it can happen. The reception staff we're very helpful they tried their best to get the rooms ready. So we thought we could go for some lunch in the restaurant I know there was 17 of ús we were a hen party the girl who came to the door to ús was very abrupt and said we need to book they we're full up but we went in through the restaurant and there we're loads of tables available she recommended a place nearby but the food was not nice. This is not good for business she didn't want to even listen to us, if we didn't want lunch we had nowhere to sit and we would have congested the reception. That evening we had dinner which was booked but the manager on then Roshin was very helpful and couldn't do enough for ús. The food was beautiful too. So thanks Roshin for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our time.

Seven of us stayed in The Hyde to celebrate a milestone birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clearly newly renovated. The decor was really lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. I normally dont sleep great in hotel rooms but I had the best sleep on both nights of our stay. The beds and pillows are perfectly comfy and the room is pitch dark which I like. There was a lovely gesture plate with chocolates and a card left for my husbands special birthday which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic and the decor and ambience in the restaurant is fabulous. All the staff we met were all really friendly. You just cant beat the Galway hospitality! The hotel is a perfect location to explore the city on foot and the parking just behind the hotel is a great bonus too. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Galway's Christmas markets. It was walking distance to ask the Great stuff, and the parking was convenient.

I had a great stay this week with two of my pals, we were really impressed with the decor & food. We had the 3 course meal package, fish dish was my favorite. We especially loved the cocktail bar, with really great staff - will be back with family!
