We checked in today and from the moment we drove into the carpark, when we were guided earnestly into a spot, the culture of the Hotel is exemplary. Our family was greeted by smiles and welcomes from all staff members and, being so impressed with the hotel, I asked Bridget at reception if we could extend to 2 nights. Bridget kindly did all she could and thankfully managed to sort us out with an excellent option. The room was spotless and perfect for our family’s needs. Congratulations to Carlene and the whole Western team on managing such a fine establishment. It is not easy building and maintaining a culture like this, particularly in an environment that has changed so much over the past 4 years. Bravo! Cheers, Scott
