I stayed here for a long weekend and loved the hotel. The staff were genuinely nice and friendly, service was superb and breakfast very good indeed. I will stay again.

We loved our stay at the Hardiman. Great location with a beautiful interior. Fabulous breakfast with abundant choices. Loved room and bed. Very quiet but also very spacious. Great staff and beautiful public spaces. Perfect spot in Galway!

This beautiful hotel was so accommodating and friendly. It was our 44th anniversary trip and we had a hand written note with a plate of goodies in our room! So nice of them. Everyone was helpful and courteous. We were given directions to a restaurant with prawns. We loved our stay!

I have never left a review on a hotel before but I want to leave one on the Hardiman. It was the worst. We stayed in a lot of different places in our travel around Ireland and they were all lovely except for this one. The staff were unhelpful and rude. Dining for breakfast, they act like they don't see you. You have to ask for your order to be taken. One morning our order never came and we didnt have time to wait another 20 minutes, we had to leave for an excursion. The next morning, the breakfast order came out cold and sub par. The room itself is small, dark and dirty. And there is no air conditioning. We sweated all night long and couldn't sleep. The bathroom has mold and is in desperate need of an update. Don't waste your money on this place. It's less than a 1 star hotel.

Very nice hotel and you can't beat the location. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again if we make it back to Galway. Wonderful breakfast.

The rooms were old and tired no air conditioning in the room. Rooms are very small. Hardly enough room for 2 people

Beautiful, spacious and absolutely welcoming! Felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, even in sneakers and road weary. Lovely room overlooking Eyre Square, every staff member we encountered was gracious and helpful, excellent breakfast, drinks in Oyster Bar. Great downtown location. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Was booked at the Hyde a few doors over and left immediately. Walked in to meet Katriona (sp?) and shared my disappointment with the Hyde. She offered to show me a room they had, and it was ADA accessible. It was one of the best hotel rooms of our trip! Loved the service and staff here and will be back! We had HVAC too!!!!
