Care product squeeze bottle in bathroom was empty. No warm oa**eal, as seems typical. Wake up was early a.m. outside, noisy with vendors, etc The towel warmer did not work. With the placement and shape of the toilet tissue holder, it kept falling on the floor. They need more offerings for the dessert menu. The pork meal was overdone and tough.

The hotel was lovely and very friendly staff. However I am coeliac and I was very disappointed with the gluten free options at BREAKFAST. very little variety I stayed here several times before and it was the same, no improvement despite making the same complaint on each occasion. I trust that it will improve in the future.

I have always found the Ardilaun to have a very high standard. This time the service at breakfast was a bit slow, but I am probably being a bit picky. I will go back to this hotel.

Great location. Drove in so car parking was Important. Met my expectations. The hotel installations overall are very good. The room was well proportioned. The bathroom is great. Breakfast is well assorted and well served.

We stayed at the Ardilaun for a week before a wedding. It's on the older side, but clean and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The rooms have a lot of natural light too, which is always appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at the bistro (they even had healthy options!) and at breakfast. The pool is large and the sauna and steam room were great to have, but the gym is on the older side so I didn't use it more than once. Everyone is incredibly kind and even with a wedding going into the early hours of the morning, our room was quiet. It's a decent but doable walk from town, but you'll likely be taking a short taxi ride there and back.

Great location. I paid a reduced price which suited the experience I had, I would've been disappointed had I paid more. The hotel was very clean,if a little dated in areas. All staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good but cutlery mismatched,dull and covered in watermarks and the crockery scratched,dull,greying didn't look well. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pillows however were terrible, very uncomfortable. Overall though, this is a lovely hotel with lovely grounds, lots of free parking in a great location with really nice staff. I would definitely stay here again.
