Absolutely fantastic time. The room was very spacious, the bed was really big and comfortable too. Jesus at the restaurant was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Plenty parking spaces. Taxi into town between 7-10euro. I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast, they have fantastic choices, everything was delicious . I will definitely come back to this hotel. Galway is absolutely amazing too, maybe a 15min walk into centre, but taxi was cheap so that's how we travelled.

Location is ok , a bit noisy from its proximity to being at an intersection, if you want to open a window a night . Only a 15 -20 min walk to main Galway shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy , bathroom lighting is very poor , next to no counter space in bathroom to put your things on . Not sure if there was spotty mold marks on shower ceiling , regardless, they were ceiling tiles that could be replaced, if anyone on staff notices .Breakfast was very good . Overall , the place was ok , needs some TLC to make it better

Abundance of free parking. Hotel itself is situated on the outskirts of the city near many offices so good for corporate guests. About a 20min walk to centre of Galway or there is a bus pick up close also. Lobby was beautiful. Restaurant looked nice although we didn't dine there. Check in and out very efficient. Twin rooms comprise of a double and single bed, very comfortable bedding. All areas of the hotel were spotless. Only improvements I could see were perhaps having a safe in the room, especially on the ground floor. Our room overlooked an empty car park which could be inviting an easy break in. We didn't feel overly safe leaving our things inside as we went out for dinner. If I were to stay here again I would request a room on at least the first floor. Perhaps don't preassign two females a room on the ground floor like this. Couldn't figure out the temperature system, instructions above would be appreciated as we couldn't seem to get the light on. We didn't want to leave the window open either as anyone could easily climb in. If I were to stay in Galway again I wouldn't mind staying here as long as the room wasn't on ground floor.
